How-To Steps:
TIPPING POINT BY M·A·C ARTISTRY DIRECTOR ASHLEY RUDDER:
1. Gently buff away dry and flaky skin with Lip Scrubtious for soft and smooth lips.
2. Paint on Bling Thing Liquid Lipcolour in the colour of your choice for a mega-metallic base.
3. While the base colour is still wet, press a colour-matching Glitter on top of lips.
